Search the Code of Federal Regulations and the United States Code, or fetch a section by citation. POST JSON to /v1/us: {"citation": "18 U.S.C. 1030"} or {"citation": "17 CFR 240.15c3-3"} returns the full section text (up to 20,000 characters) with heading and link; {"query": "insider trading", "code": "both"} returns matching sections from each code (citation, heading, CFR excerpt and agency, link; wrap a phrase in double quotes for exact matches); {"title": 17} returns a CFR title overview. Live data (CFR current to the latest eCFR update; US Code latest published edition).
