tx-explain

Explain an EVM transaction in one call. POST JSON {"chain_id": 1, "tx_hash": "0x..."} to /v1/tool, or GET /v1/explain?tx_hash=...; chains: Ethereum (1), Optimism (10), BNB Chain (56), Polygon (137), Base (8453), Arbitrum (42161). The response is a JSON object with a plain-language summary, the decoded method and arguments, assets_moved (native value plus every ERC-20 and ERC-721 transfer in the receipt, with symbols and scaled amounts), parties, contract_context (verified name, proxy and implementation), risk_flags (unlimited approval, approval for all, upgradeable proxy, unverified or unknown contract, reverted) and gas (used, price, fee, status). No USD values.
