US import duty rates from the official Harmonized Tariff Schedule (US International Trade Commission). POST JSON {"hs_code": "8507.60"} (4 to 10 digits) to /v1/trade for every line under that code, or {"query": "lithium batteries"} for a keyword search; optional limit. Each line has hts_code, description, full_description (the heading path), general_rate (column 1), special_rate (preferential programs), column2_rate and units; statistical lines inherit rates from their 8-digit line (rates_from). Additional duties such as Section 301/232 and chapter 99 provisions are not applied. Live data.
