sec-holdings

SEC Form 13F-HR institutional holdings for one filer. POST JSON {"arguments": {"company_ticker": "BLK"}} or {"arguments": {"filer_cik": "0001364742", "quarter": "2026Q2"}} to /v1/tool (quarter optional; default is the latest filing). The response is a JSON object with filer, period, filed, holdings_count and holdings: the top 200 positions by value, each with issuer, cusip, class, shares, put_call and value_usd. value_usd is the value as filed: full US dollars for filings from 2023 onward, thousands of dollars for earlier filings. Also GET /v1/holdings?ticker=BLK. Results change when a filer publishes a new 13F.
