SEC 8-K FilingsService

sec-8k-event-stream

SEC Form 8-K filings (material corporate events). POST JSON to /v1/sec with either {"cik": "0000320193"}, which returns up to 50 of that company's most recent 8-K filings with filing date, accession number, 8-K item codes (for example 2.02, 9.01), primary document and URL; or {"query": "..."}, which returns up to 25 full-text search hits across 8-K filings. The response is a JSON object with events and count. Exhibits are not parsed. Data comes live from SEC, so results change as new filings are published.
