pii-redaction

Pattern-based PII redaction. POST JSON {"text": "..."} to /v1/pii, optionally {"actions": ["EMAIL", "PHONE"]} to limit types. Detects and replaces EMAIL, SSN (valid ranges), CREDIT_CARD (Luhn-checked, known card prefixes), IBAN (mod-97 checked), PHONE (US and +international), IP (valid IPv4) and ZIP (only after a US state code or the word zip). The response is a JSON object with redacted text, findings (count per type), total and items (type, start, end; the values themselves are not echoed). Names, street addresses, dates of birth and free-text identifiers are NOT detected. Deterministic; max 200,000 characters.
