One-call medication safety summary from openFDA. POST JSON {"arguments": {"drug": "warfarin"}} to /v1/tool; also GET /v1/med?drug=warfarin. The response is a JSON object with label_highlights (brand, generic, manufacturer and the warnings, drug_interactions and contraindications label sections), active_ingredients, recent_recalls (FDA enforcement reports), shortage_status and as_of. Drug shortage data is currently unavailable and returned as a structured unavailable status. Not medical advice. Results follow openFDA and are cached 24 hours.
