insider-transactions

Recent SEC Form 4 (insider transaction) filings for one company. POST JSON {"cik": "0000320193"} to /v1/insider; the response is a JSON object with cik, form, count and filings: up to 20 of the most recent Form 4 filings for that issuer, each with title, updated timestamp and filing_url. The transactions inside each filing (insider name, shares, price, role) are NOT parsed; follow filing_url for details. Data comes live from SEC, so results change as new filings are published.
