FDA drug label sections, with optional FAERS adverse-event totals, from openFDA. POST JSON {"arguments": {"drug": "aspirin", "section": "warnings", "faers": {"window": "2025Q3-2026Q2"}}} to /v1/tool (section optional: warnings, boxed, dosage_and_administration, indications_and_usage, drug_interactions, adverse_reactions, contraindications; faers optional); also GET /v1/drug?drug=aspirin. The response is a JSON object with label (brand, generic, manufacturer, the requested section text, source_url), adverse_events (not_requested unless a FAERS window is given: total_reports, deaths_reported, top 10 reactions; serious_pct may be null) and disclaimer. FAERS is spontaneous-report data: it cannot show causality. Not medical advice. Results follow openFDA and are cached 24 hours.
