Look up a legal entity. POST JSON {"name": "Lockheed Martin"}, {"lei": "HWUPKR0MPOU8FGXBT394"}, {"cik": "936468"} or {"ticker": "NVDA"} to /v1/entity. The response is a JSON object with lei_records from the global LEI registry (legal name, LEI, entity and registration status, legal form, jurisdiction, legal and headquarters addresses, registration dates, match_score 0-1, best first), sec_registrant for US-listed companies (CIK, tickers, SIC industry, state of incorporation, EIN, filer category, business address), sam_exclusions (SAM.gov exclusion records whose name contains every searched word) and best_match. Name matches below 1.0 are candidates, not confirmations. Not SAM.gov registration status. Live data.
