Screen a person or company against the SAM.gov exclusions list (parties debarred or suspended from US federal contracts and programs). POST JSON {"name": "Acme Corporation"} or {"uei": "<SAM UEI>"} to /v1/debarment. The response is a JSON object with clear (true when no exclusion matched), clear_scope, checked_lists and matches (name, UEI, exclusion program and type, excluding agency, activation and termination dates, active flag, confidence 70-100 from word overlap; partial names such as "John Smith" also match longer names). Name screening only; check matches against the SAM.gov record. Live data.
