Sanctions and export-control name screening against four official lists: OFAC SDN with all aliases (US Treasury), the US Consolidated Screening List (Commerce BIS Entity List, Denied Persons, Unverified, MEU; State ITAR and nonproliferation; Treasury SSI, CMIC, NS-MBS), the UN Security Council Consolidated List and the UK Sanctions List. POST JSON {"name": "Rosneft", "country": "RU"} to /v1/tool (country optional), or GET /v1/screen?name=. The response is a JSON object with status (possible_match, no_match or incomplete), clear (true only when all four lists were screened and nothing matched), matches (list, sub-list, matched name or alias, score, programs, countries, official record link), screened_lists with download dates, and recent SEC/CFTC/DOJ press-release mentions. Matching handles aliases, word order, transliterations and typos. Lists refresh twice a day in the background.
