RPC / Gateway Quality Intelligence. Four endpoints answering "how well is Pocket actually serving RPC access to this chain/service right now?" — a per-service quality lens, live from Pocket's own GraphQL indexer, distinct from network-wide protocol stats. POST /v1/rpc-pulse (service_id): current serving snapshot — active suppliers/applications, relay-mining difficulty EMA, trailing-1h settlement volume. POST /v1/rpc-performance (service_id, window_hours): settlement/proof performance over a window — claimed vs. estimated relays, distinct suppliers serving, proof success rate, slash events. POST /v1/rpc-anomaly (service_id): deterministic comparison of a recent window vs. a longer baseline, flagging relay-volume drops, supplier-participation drops, and slash-rate spikes by fixed thresholds. POST /v1/rpc-forecast (service_id, lookback_days, horizon_days): least-squares linear-trend projection over real daily settlement history. service_id is required on every resource (e.g. "eth"); every other field is optional with documented defaults. Every response is a single JSON object.
