Akashi Citation VerifierService

Akashi Citation Verifier: checks that scholarly, legal and web citations are real and accurate. POST /v1/verify with {"citations":[...]} (max 10, strings or structured) returns a typed verdict per citation (verified, mismatch, not_found, retracted, ambiguous, unverifiable), the matched record, field-level mismatches, retraction flags, sources and as_of. POST /v1/claim with {"claim"} plus a citation and/or evidence_text says whether the source supports the claim (supported, contradicted, insufficient_evidence) with the deciding passage. Every response is a JSON object, errors included ({"error":{"code","message","retryable"}} with 4xx). Upstream outages give partial results listed in unavailable, never a 5xx.
