Cotejo Citation CheckService

Cotejo citation check for agents. POST /v1/check {items:[{url, quote?, cited_at?}]} (1-10 items). Per item: is the page alive, is the quote on it (exact/near/partial, token-normalised, excerpt), and if not, did the Wayback Machine copy closest to cited_at contain it. Verdicts: supported, weak, not_found, drifted, dead_archived, dead_unverified, dead, alive, unchecked, rejected; each with http status, final URL, SHA-256 of fetched bytes and archive_status. No LLM; results reflect the live web at call time. POST /v1/match {text, quote} is a pure deterministic match. GET /v1/verdicts explains every label. Every response is a JSON object.
